    Aerial 101

    A beginner-friendly practice that introduces students to the aerial hammock, this class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness in the fabric. Students will learn foundational poses, gentle stretches, and basic inversions, and class will always end with a calming, floating Savasana. 

    *This class is a prerequisite for:

    • Aerial Yoga 1
    • Aerial Strong
    • Aerial Core 

    Aerial Pilates

    Strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize with the support of the at the aerial hammock at the low setting. This class blends classical Pilates core work with the unique resistance and suspension of the hammock, helping you build deep strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility. Low-impact yet highly effective, Aerial Pilates offers a fresh, dynamic way to challenge your body while feeling light and supported.

    *PILATES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

    Advanced Aerial Arts

    This class is for seasoned practitioners seeking to master complex aerial poses and seamless transitions. With an emphasis on strength, flexibility and grace, students will learn creative and dynamic sequences, including intricate flips and drops that ~safely~ push their limits and refine their technique. One extended sequence will be worked on and perfected each month to allow students to visibly measure their progress and explore choreography with confidence.

    Prerequisite: Consistent Aerial Yoga 2 practice or related experience, at the discretion of the instructor

    Foundational Flow

    This all levels, thoughtfully paced vinyasa class will get you moving while breaking down the foundational elements of Vinyasa Yoga. Expect clear instruction, intentional transitions and time to explore your breath within the key postures that form the backbone of this practice. This class is ideal for newer students and seasoned practitioners alike who want to refine their technique and move with purpose.

    Heated Yin-yasa

    This 75 minute, heated practice blends the dynamic, energizing aspects of Vinyasa Yoga with the restorative, meditative qualities of Yin Yoga. The class will begin with active Vinyasa sequences and strength-building asanas (poses) to energize the body and elevate the heart rate. The movement then transitions to gentle, long-held Yin poses that target the connective tissues, promoting deep relaxation and flexibility.  Ideal for those seeking a harmonious blend of calm and vitality, this class encourages balance in both body and mind.

    Yoga Pilates Fusion

    This class blends Pilates Mat exercises with Yoga postures to strengthen and lengthen the body, build stamina, and deepen connection between the core/power center of the body and the extremities. This class builds the foundation for balance, functional movement, peak athletic performance, and embodied self expression. High intensity, yet low-impact, this class ends with a restorative savasana and is designed to leave you feeling energized, refreshed and connected.

    Mindful Art & Yoga

    Combining the benefits of movement with the freedom of art making in a low stakes and playful environment, each class begins with a breathing and grounding meditation followed by a gentle yoga flow. After taking time to drop into the body, you’ll be led through a mindfulness based art exercise.

    No yoga or art experience needed, come as you are! Paper and art materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own art journal or sketchbook.

    Cardio Dance & Flow

    This dance cardio class is all about high energy, big smiles, and even bigger confidence! Whether you’ve got two left feet or you’re a seasoned dancer, this class welcomes EVERYbody.

    We’ll kick things off with an easy-to-follow, heart-pumping dance cardio session that gets you moving and sweating with joy. Then, we’ll transition into a targeted strength and sculpt segment to tone and empower your muscles, followed by a restorative stretch to help you breathe, release, and recharge.

    Endless Flow

    With roots in Prana Vinyasa™ this unique practice emphasizes continuous movement linked with breath, creating seamless transitions between asanas (poses) for a sense of dancing on the mat. Featuring captivating, multi-directional sequences designed to enhance both strength and ease, and accompanied by a new curated playlist each month, this invigorating class is perfect for those seeking to enhance their body awareness and experience the liberation of fluid movement. Practice is all levels, but previous vinyasa experience is recommended.

    Aerial Strong

    These classes focus on building core stability, upper body strength, and overall body conditioning through challenging poses and resistance exercises. By combining aerial yoga with TRX-inspired movements, participants will enhance their physical strength, endurance, and flexibility while improving balance and coordination. It’s perfect for those looking to elevate their fitness routine in a fun and supportive environment, but be ready to work!

    Aerial Strong 1 is a full 60 minute practice, Aerial Strong 2 is a 45 minute intensive practice with a monthly focus.

    Prerequisite: Aerial 101 or related experience, at the discretion of the instructor
