Festival Classes

  • Aerial Yoga:

    Safely secured in a suspended hammock, get ready to take your asana practice to a whole new level! Increase strength, deepen relaxation and exponentially multiply your level of fun in an experience that’s as exhilarating as it is empowering.

    Open level classes are suitable to all levels. Beginner classes are as well, but may not include inversions.

  • Community Drum Circle with Mike:

    Music is medicine for our times. No experience or special skills are needed. Participants will be empowered with the ability to create beautiful, spontaneous music together. Learn about the benefits of group drumming, connect with others in a new way, and join together in a common, joyful purpose.

    Drumming has been used by societies around the world, modern and ancient, as a tool for connection, wellness, and self-expression. Drum, dance, and celebrate another day on this beautiful Earth.

    Hand drums and small percussion from around the world will be provided or feel free to bring your own percussion instruments.

  • Exploring Ayurveda with Maggie:

    Often referred to as "the sister science of yoga" Ayurveda is an ancient lifestyle practice designed to keep us in optimal health and well-being throughout all the seasons of the year and the seasons of our lives.

    Ayurvedic Cooking for Cravings:

    Intense cravings and heavy emotions tend to go hand-in-hand. Discover the six tastes that are vital to our health and learn ways to guide food cravings to what would best serve us ride the waves of our emotional lives.

    Ayurveda for Sleep:

    Don't pull any more all-nighters! Discover the dos and don'ts of a healthy sleep routine and give your body permission to rest & restore, and your mind the opportunity to dream. Together we'll explore how Ayurveda can help us fall asleep faster, sleep deeper and wake up feeling more refreshed than ever before.

    Seasonal Ayurveda w/ Maggie:

    If something has been practiced for over 5000 years, it's definitely worth exploring! Ayurveda is the science of life and longevity, connecting the health of the body to the health of the whole Self.

    Each season, both of the year and of our lives, brings new avenues of exploration and healing. Come discover how to work with the qualities of the early summer season that exist around us and within us to foster wellness, balance and growth.

  • Fireside Intention Setting with S'mores:

    We will create space and get clear about what we are letting go of and setting aside for the weekend so that we can commit to being fully present during our time together. We will also take time to get to know some of our fellow attendees a little better.

  • Live Music Yoga with Sara & Yoga Nidra with Matthew:

    We'll flow and go where the music takes us in an all levels vinyasa practice, accompanied live by the fluid creativity of musicians Andrew Toy, Chris Brown and Josef Crosby.

    And we'll round out the practice with Matthew leading us in Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep - a guided inward journey of awareness and sensation - to restore and refresh your body, mind and spirit.

  • Power Vinyasa with Zahra:

    An upbeat, dynamic vinyasa flow guaranteed to make you sweat! Cultivate strength and flexibility within the body, while building both concentration and ease within the mind.

    This class is designed for All Levels, with plenty of opportunities to level up or ground down depending on how you’re feeling

  • Pranayama & Somatic Yoga

    Somatic yoga invites awareness of muscular, mental, and energetic patterns in movement to help repattern engagement for a more intentional and mindful movement experience on your mat. This integrated way of moving combined with down regulating pranayama practices will help to cultivate a deeper sense of connection to Self.

  • Pranayama & Vinyasa

    When spacious awareness is cultivated, clear communication can flow. Invigorate your mind, energy, and spirit while releasing, strengthening, and stretching your muscles through a pranayama and vinyasa practice connecting with the spaciousness and lightness of nature that allows us to reflect within ourselves.

  • Restorative Aerial with Sara* & Jana:

    Using low hung hammocks as a prop to encourage a full range of lumbar spine movements, this special restorative aerial sequence will hold fully supported poses for several minutes to ensure maximum relaxation.

    *Thursday's class will end with a floating sound bath to further soothe the senses and nurture the spirit.

  • Restorative Yoga with Matthew:

    The purpose of Restorative Yoga is to rest, digest, and repair, using multiple props to ease release within each pose. Traditionally held anywhere from 5-20 minutes, the body exerts no energy in these restorative postures.

    The purpose is deep relaxation with little to no activation of the sympathetic nervous system so the body can slow down and process.

  • Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga with Lika:

    Beginning with an introduction to paddleboarding, you'll be on the water in no time, immersed in the natural flow surrounding you.

    Together and anchored, we will move through familiar asanas made unexpected and find new ways to be in balance.

    This is an all levels class, no SUP experience needed, just a yearning to be on (and maybe in!) the water!

  • Summer Solstice Mindfulness Workshop with Linda:

    We will explore the full beauty and light of the summer season with journaling, meditation, and sharing in community.

  • Vinyasa Flow with Jonathan:

    The yoga practice we all know and love, Vinyasa Flow links breath and movement through a connected series of postures, or asanas.

    Awaken your inner strength, flexibility and deep sense of ease in a creative exploration of how your unique body moves.

    Modifications will always be given so all levels are welcome and encouraged.

  • Yin Yoga with Matthew:

    Yin Yoga is a slow, deep and calming practice. With a focus on stretching the connective tissue, all poses have longer holds to affect the fascia, tendons and ligaments of the hips, thighs, back, neck and shoulders.

    This practice will help increase mobility and flexibility, lower stress levels and promote relaxation, bringing balance to your body and mind.

  • Yoga as Empowerment and Social Justice with Zahra & Ayanna

    We’ll begin with deep stretching, build into a strong and intentional vinyasa practice, and then ground, relax and restore in this seamlessly co-lead class.

    We’ll end with a discussion about equity, inclusivity, and justice through the lens of yoga philosophy. Bring a journal, something to write with, and an open mind!
