Three totally immersive days of yoga, mindfulness, aerial, Ayurveda, and community right in our own home studios!
Expect tons of different movement options and brilliant teacher pairings on Friday &
Saturday, while Sunday will be spent enjoying the pools, grounds, and wisdom of a private Ayurvedic retreat center!
