According to Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, we are meant to live in sync with the seasons, both of the year and of our lives. And the most effective way to find balance is through the stomach.

  • Essential Oil Aromatherapy Bar with Maggie

The dictionary defines essential as "absolutely necessary; extremely important” and Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of health and longevity, would agree.

Come spend time learning how to blend oils that are best meant for you. You’ll also come away with a custom-blended oil and a few blending recipes.

  • Restorative Yoga with Matthew:

The purpose of Restorative Yoga is to rest, digest, and repair, using multiple props to ease release within each pose. Traditionally held anywhere from 5-20 minutes, the body exerts no energy in these restorative postures.

The purpose is deep relaxation with little to no activation of the sympathetic nervous system so the body can slow down and process.

Drumming has been used by societies around the world, modern and ancient, as a tool for connection, wellness, and self-expression. Drum, dance, and celebrate another day on this beautiful Earth.
